Olena Fedyuk is an MSCA IF fellow in a project “RightsLab: Towards Transnational Labor Rights? Temporary Work Agencies and Third Country National Workers in the EU” (2021-2024) at the University of Padua. Her original areas of research concern transnational labor migration, distant motherhood and transnational youth, overlaps of gendered care, mobility and labor regimes. Since 2017 she has focused on transnational labor sourcing agencies and action research in the area of migrant workers’ rights. Alongside, her interests lie in research methodologies; she has written on qualitative methods in migration studies, visual methods and action research, directed two documentary films on the topics of transnational migration.
