Costanza Galanti is an employment relations scholar and sociologist of work, currently postdoctoral fellow at the University of Padova’s Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA) within the PRIN project “InMigrHealth: Investigating Migrants’ Occupational Health”.
She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management & Employment Relations from UCD School of Business, awarded in 2023 jointly with the University of Padova. In 2024, she was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Cornell University, while in 2019 and 2021 she conducted research at the Școala Naţională de Studii Politice și Administrative (SNSPA) in Bucharest thanks to two Erasmus scholarships.
Informed by expertise in the care sector, her research spans global and local processes shaping employment relations, from multinational corporate strategies to EU governance, national industrial relations, and the organization of work at the company level. She maintains a central focus on how workers organize across different contexts.
